Beautiful Villa in the Vibrant Resort of Kalkan

“This villa is the perfect location for a relaxing, family holiday in the beautiful resort of Kalkan. Lovely pool area, ample space inside and really good facilities. Exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. The villa is perfectly placed - ten-minute walk into town. Breathtaking views from the pool area and roof terrace.

There were nine of us in our party - 4 adults and 5 children from ages four to fourteen. The pool area was great for the children - easily supervised by adults. The children loved the hammock or chill out time. The holiday was one of the best for both adults and children alike. We wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again.”

The Perfect Villa in the Perfect Location!

“Like most people following their first visit to Kalkan, we fell completely in love with this small town immediately and have returned at least once a year ever since. Since finding Villa Kariska, we never look for anywhere else to stay, as long as we can book early enough to secure it. We feel it's the perfect Kalkan villa - mainly because it ticks all the right boxes and is in such a fantastic location.

To elaborate, what we look for in a Kalkan villa is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom (Kariska’s must be bigger than king, it’s enormous!), decent showers in clean bathrooms, a roof terrace (Kariska’s is brilliant and even has its own fridge with frozen section just inside the door, perfect for drinks up there without having to go downstairs), fast Wi-Fi, good security, good sized private pool with room all around it for sun beds, perfect if, like my wife, you’re the ultimate sun-worshipper as you can always get the sun!

Another thing we love is that the owners haven’t been ‘greedy’ with bed-space - the master suite is colossal, the same space on the floor above, for example, houses 2 big bedrooms and a big bathroom. Lots of other villa owners would have turned this suite into 2 rooms, but Kariska is big enough that it sleeps 8, more than enough for most travellers, but you still get this huge master suite for the 'top dogs' in the party! Also, all the bedrooms have balconies off them, all looking over the town and sea.

I should also mention the management team over there are brilliant, they won’t bother you during your stay but are very approachable if you need anything - this is an often-overlooked benefit but very important in a foreign country.

Aside from the facilities, Kariska is in an absolutely fantastic location. In fact, having been so many times, and now having our own friends there dotted all around, we really think it is the perfect spot. It’s close enough for a nice walk down to the restaurants at night, around 3-4 minutes to the first ones and around 10 minutes to the centre. But despite this, it’s just far enough away to feel away from the hustle and bustle of a busy Saturday night. It’s also high enough to give incredible views.

Owners Fiona and Richard are great to deal with and, like the management team they use in Kalkan, very friendly. We really don’t bother looking anywhere else, as long as it’s available, Kariska is all you could ever need.”

Ideal Place to Relax, Kick Back, and Soak up the Sun

“Been to Kalkan before but first time in Villa Kariska. Stayed for 2 weeks with 3 teenage boys and we all absolutely loved it. Perfect location with stunning views of Kalkan. Yes, it's on a steep hill but so is all of Kalkan, it's an easy stroll into town and then just get a taxi back, we found them very reasonable (about 10TL - £2.50 approx). Lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by, everything you could want.

The villa was stunning, enough room for everyone to have their own space, pool was kept beautiful throughout our stay without intrusion (never saw the pool man but he came every day early doors), lovely lady came and cleaned the villa after our first week, again without disruption. Everything you could need was there.

Owners were friendly and helpful, responding really quickly and the tour company they recommended were great for our transfers and we used them for some fab days out too - private boat for the day, ring rafting at the gorge and quad biking for the boys.”

Stunning Villa, Perfect Location

“We had an amazing week at Villa Kariska. We have 2 boys aged 7 and 12 and they loved the pool and there was plenty of space for everyone. The hammock was a big hit! Every detail was carefully thought through, but I would recommend hiring a car as the hill up from the town is very steep, but car here is really cheap and it gave us the freedom to explore Kalkan. Highly recommend, will definitely be back.”

Amazing Villa, Great Location

“We have visited Villa Kariska and Kalkan many times over the years and have always loved it. Lots of space for 1-2 families.

Amazing views over the bay, lovely grounds with hammock (shady place to hide from the sun with a good book) and a great pool to cool off and for the kids to play in.

It is only a short 15 mins walk to Kalkan town and also has nearer shops, restaurants, and supermarket only 5 mins walk away.

Owners are lovely and really helpful - they recommended us to a local company who sorted out our airport transfer for 8 people in a minibus and lots of trips whilst we were there.

Can't wait to go back.”
