Villa Kariska is located near to the centre of Kalkan, just off the Kalamar Road in the very popular Ortaalan area. It is an easy 10 minute stroll into the old town. The nearest restaurants, bars and supermarkets are only a 5 minute walk away. Car hire is definitely not necessary, however a taxi is only about £2 from the town to the villa.
RESTAURANTS
There are local restaurants, cafes and bars nearby with the nearest ones being a 5-minute walk away on The Kalamar Road. Enjoy the old town with its many fantastic rooftop restaurants an easy 10-minute walk away.
SUPERMARKETS AND SHOPPING
There are a few small mini markets 5 minutes’ walk away and 3 larger supermarkets including Migros within 10 minutes’ walk of the villa.
AIRPORT
Dalaman airport is 90 minutes’ drive from Kalkan. We can organise private door to door transfers for you if you require. The cost of a car for 4 people is about £50 one way for the car or minibuses are available for larger groups.
BEACH AND BEACH CLUBS
The pretty town beach and marina from where the local gullets depart is a 12-minute walk from the villa.
There are also a variety of beach clubs to choose from some of which are reached by complimentary boats.
