The normal changeover day is Saturday however we are happy to consider other days. Use our availability calendar to check your preferred dates and secure your dates with our online booking facility.

Most guests will choose a private, car transfer which we can help arrange. Alternatively, if you rent a car, we will send detailed directions to the villa as part of the welcome pack before you travel.

We have a local management company who take care of our villa, who are available 24/7. Roger will visit you on the first day of your holiday and if need anything he will be available to help you. He can answer any of you questions about Kalkan and advise you on things to do, restaurants, shopping, trips etc. We shall provide all his contact details and emergency numbers before you travel.

Villa Kariska accommodates 8 guests. The master suite has a super king bed, bedroom 2 has a king size bed and there are two twin bedrooms. We often have guests who want to take advantage of the large first floor bedroom suite on their own, so feel free to speak to us about under occupancy.

Wi-fi is included in all areas of the villa. We will send you the password in the welcome instructions which we will email to you. The details are also in the villa welcome book.

Normal check-out time is 11am and check-in time is 3pm. Please contact us to see if early/late options are available but we will do our best to accommodate your requirements especially if you have a late flight.

As well as the accommodation, everything else is included. We supply a welcome pack, weekly linen change, and full clean. The pool and gardens are maintained daily. If you would like additional cleans please let us know and this can be arranged at a small additional cost.

We provide beach towels for your convenience.

We can organise transfers for you which are about £50 per car for 4 people each way. We can also arrange minibuses to accommodate larger groups.

There are a number of companies in the town that arrange trips to places of interest around Kalkan and we are always happy to have a chat with you and provide recommendations on things to do in and around Kalkan enabling you to make the best of your holiday.
